THE ROLE:

We are offering a Job Share Opportunity for a Product Developer to join our dynamic team in Wisbech. This unique role is perfect for an experienced product developer who is looking for a flexible working arrangement while contributing to exciting new product innovations. As a Product Developer, you’ll work with cross-functional teams to develop new food products from concept through to launch, ensuring every product meets our high standards of quality and flavor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the creation and development of new product concepts, recipes, and formulations, ensuring they align with both customer expectations and Greencore’s standards.
• Work closely with colleagues in technical, commercial, and operational teams to deliver on product goals from ideation through to launch.
• Attend meetings with customers, presenting new ideas, prototypes, and gathering feedback to fine-tune product offerings.
• Keep up with industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor products to ensure our offerings are competitive and innovative.
• Ensure all products meet regulatory, safety, and quality standards, adhering to Greencore and customer guidelines.
