We are excited to welcome a talented Product Development and Sourcing Coordinator to join our Helsinki team, reporting directly to our Managing Director.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating and developing consumer goods across a variety of brands and product categories, including apparel, accessories, home decor, and textiles. This position offers a unique opportunity to manage the entire supply chain process, from initial concept through to product manufacturing, design, marketing materials, and financial targets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting market research to identify new product opportunities.
• Making design decisions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and production efficiency.
• Sourcing and building relationships with potential manufacturers to ensure our brands receive the highest quality products.
• Negotiating prices and terms with suppliers.
• Overseeing the entire product sourcing process, from the initial request to final delivery, including sample approvals and quality control.
• Ensuring all products comply with US trade regulations.
• Collaborating closely with photographers, videographers, and copywriters to produce marketing materials.
• Engaging daily with a wide network of entrepreneurs, craftsmen, designers, quality control specialists, logistics experts, and regulatory advisors.
