Responsibilities:

Do you enjoy thinking outside the box to develop products for expanding into new opportunities? Does delivering results faster than ever before sound like you? Our goal in surgery is to transform clinical practice by solving problems for the patient and caregiver. We’re relentlessly pursuing opportunities to develop new products that establish sustainable, profitable growth.
Join one of our project teams where we have rapidly gone from problem identification to market release. We’ve developed new products to enable the surgery team to treat more patients and are continually working closely with clinical experts to help deepen our knowledge and gain valuable feedback. We need your help to make our minimal viable product design a reality – as part of standard of care.
Our team is nimble, we make decisions quickly, and are action oriented. You’ll play a key role in a small team delivering timely results. You’ll directly influence the project’s success and will be encouraged to grow with the project.
