WHILDE LLC is redefining education through holistic learning and student well-being. Our WHILDE Method, powered by the B·A·I·N·E·S framework (Behavior, Aspiration, Interests, Nutrition, Exercise, and Sleep), is designed to meet the diverse learning needs of students and families.
We seek a strategic and creative Product Development Lead to refine, systematize, and scale the WHILDE Method. This role requires someone passionate about education innovation, curriculum development, and community-driven learning solutions.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS)
· Background in Product Development, Educational Program Design, or Instructional Design.
· Experience in Curriculum Development, Learning Experience Design (LXD), or Holistic Education Models.
· Knowledge of Cognitive Science, Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), and Personalized Learning Strategies.
· Strong understanding of EdTech, Online Learning Platforms, or Digital Education Tools (preferred).
· Experience in launching educational programs, assessments, or community-driven initiatives.
· Ability to translate complex educational theories into clear, actionable frameworks.
· Can-do attitude and ability to work on your own without supervision
· Passion for holistic education, innovation, and student well-being.
BONUS SKILLS (NICE TO HAVE)
· Experience with AI in education, gamified learning, or adaptive assessments.
· Background in school psychology, special education, or neurodiversity support.
· Experience in business development and revenue models for educational products..
Responsibilities:
- Define & Develop the WHILDE Method as a tangible Product
- Position WHILDE’s Evaluations as a Must-Have
Build & Launch a Monthly Community Program
Lead Product Strategy & Innovation
- Identify opportunities to develop new products, tools, and resources that align with WHILDE’s mission.
- Explore digital solutions (AI-powered learning assistants, assessment apps, online learning modules, etc.).
- Develop pilot programs with schools and families to test and refine WHILDE offerings.
