Product Development Manager (Travel Planner - Europe)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Only for Singaporean
• Minimum Diploma in Travel related studies or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the tourism industry
• Process excellent analytical skills and meticulous
• Strong leadership skill, innovative and target driven
• A personable manner and a willingness to help people
• Strong attention to details and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with and knowledge of digital and online marketing methods is beneficial
• A good understanding if travel trends.
• Able to adapt fast-paced and dynamic working environment
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or Mandarin (to liaise with oversea associates)

• To achieving and exceeding sales targets set as well as providing strong support to sales counters.
• Design and Develop travel packages that suit the market needs and budget.
• Prepare and conduct sales presentations and training to staff.
• Manage series and special project groups, champion its success and organise activities for customers during the tour.
• Work closely with the team on all relevant events set up.
• Maintain good and professional working relationship with operators, suppliers and other trade partners
• To interact with the customers and ensures an overall customer satisfaction.
