Description:

JOIN OUR TEAM AS A GLOBAL FOOD INNOVATOR!

Are you passionate about creating delicious food products that make a difference around the world? We’re looking for a creative and driven individual to join our team and help shape the future of global food innovation. If you love tackling complex challenges, leading projects, and collaborating with talented people from diverse backgrounds, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Bring Ideas to Life: You’ll lead the charge in turning innovative ideas into fully developed products. From concept to completion, you’ll manage the entire product development journey, ensuring timelines, budgets, and expectations are met. Your role will involve everything from early-stage concept work to conducting feasibility assessments, trials, and testing, all while keeping an eye on intellectual property opportunities and risks.
  • Lead and Collaborate: As the go-to person for product development, you’ll collaborate with global teams across Marketing, R&D, Engineering, Supply, and Commercial. You’ll play a key role in creating and evaluating new product concepts, ensuring they meet our high standards. Your leadership in cross-functional project teams and meetings will be crucial to our success.
  • Master Your Craft: You’ll dive deep into our product development processes, becoming an expert in everything from PLM systems to product testing methodologies. Your technical expertise will be essential in driving excellence and innovation in our products.
  • Take Ownership: While you’ll have guidance from your manager and mentors, you’ll be expected to take the reins on your projects, working with a high level of independence. Your ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks will be key to delivering impactful results.
  • Navigate Complexity: Working on global innovation projects means tackling complex challenges across various aspects—whether it’s dealing with diverse food technologies, understanding the intricacies of scaling up production, or ensuring product consistency across different regions.
  • Connect and Collaborate: You’ll work closely with a wide range of internal teams, from Product and Process Innovation to Marketing and Logistics, as well as external partners like research facilities and suppliers. Your ability to build strong relationships will be vital to delivering successful outcomes.
  • Lead with Responsibility: You’ll be entrusted with managing project budgets and may also provide technical support to other team members. Your leadership will ensure our projects stay on track, on budget, and deliver exceptional value.
