As part of Nasdaq’s Global Connectivity Services business, our European team provides our clients with a range of connectivity solutions including Co-location that meet their diverse business needs. Our clients include banks, broker/dealers, market makers and other market participants who use our technology solutions to enhance their trading strategies and interact with Nasdaq’s different markets. In the role of Product Analyst, you will join a team of a highly motivated technology and business experts in the connectivity space in a regionally distributed team.
Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our team. As a Product Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing our current business, ongoing projects, improving processes, and analyzing competition offerings. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

What will you be doing?

  • Manage day to day activities in our team, including communication with our sales team and other internal teams and partners, making sure we are informed on customer activity, new regulation, other initiatives within Nasdaq, billing and budgetary work.
  • Participate in or lead the analytical, experimental, investigative, and testing efforts in support of developing new products and services.
  • Partner with business leaders from across the globe to ensure you are working together with their priorities.
  • Establish deep relationships with your internal and external customers, translate their input into actionable requirements.
  • Work on improving our internal processes to increase efficiency and communication. Review and update product documentation and marketing material to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Enhance our customer portal by leading efforts to add new products and services to provide a better user experience and sales channel.

  • How can we empower our team with data to make informed decisions on new product offerings?
  • What innovative product strategies can we employ to align with the wider Nasdaq?
  • What process improvements can be implemented to boost internal efficiency and effectiveness?
  • How can we improve the customer portal to provide a superior user experience and sales channel?
  • What actionable requirements can we derive from our internal and external customer feedback to enhance product offerings and services?
  • How can we convert customer cancellations into opportunities for retention?

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4+ years’ experience in managing P&L, project management, and product management, or product development.
  • Proficiency in developing products and services using AWS infrastructure.
  • Experience with low latency connectivity products, including Co-location, trading systems and market structure.
  • Experience leading Go To Market activities for product initiatives.
  • Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in product analysis, development, or a related role.
  • Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills (English), and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in FinTech desired but not required.
