ABOUT YOU

In order to make this role successful you will be an experienced NPD Technologist with a background in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Engineering or Food Nutrition, preferably with experience in the dairy industry.

Specifically, the skillsets and experience we’re looking for, include:

  • Experience in Product Development role, preferably dairy
  • Degree qualified (Food Technology/Science/Engineering/Nutrition)
  • Advanced internal & external stakeholder management
  • Analytical, Project Management, Problem Solving, Commercialization Experience
  • Solid Product development and project management experience with proven results
  • The ability to own individual projects whilst working collaboratively to manage expectations and garner support

Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of a portfolio of dairy NPD projects against marketing briefs
  • Continuous improvement projects executed using agreed product development & change management processes, quality and regulatory requirements and manufacturing capability,
  • Providing technical expertise to key stakeholders
