JOB DESCRIPTION

• Regular market research for digital products
• Presentation of proposals on digitization of bank products
• Development of functional requirements for the digitalization of bank products and coordination with relevant departments, management of the digital product implementation project, testing of changes and additions made according to the developed functional requirements
• Development of normative-methodological documents for digital products (Mobile/Internet banking, payment systems, other remote banking services) and coordination with relevant departments
• Organizing digital product launches, summarizing results and affiliate/customer feedback
• Development of educational and operational materials for digital products

JOB EXPERIENCE

• Higher education
• Knowledge of banking legislation
• Mobile banking/Internet banking product development experience is a must
• Knowledge of customer banking products/services, including digital
• High sense of responsibility
• Developing teamwork and communication skills
• Negotiation skills
• Ability to work under well-defined deadlines
• Computer knowledge: MS Office software package
