We are a leading electronics company that specializes in creating cutting-edge solutions for various industries. We are looking for a product engineer who can support our product design, testing, and technical support functions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a product engineer, you will:

• Collaborate with R&D and firmware engineering teams to define product technical and operational specifications
• Ensure electronics hardware and software/firmware are fully compliant with industry standards and customer requirements
• Conduct full-scale testing to verify specifications compliance and pre-release quality control
• Provide product technical support to local and overseas customers, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Coordinate with production to ensure a smooth transfer of products between R&D and manufacturing

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum diploma in electronics engineering from a recognized institution
• At least 2 years of working experience in either manufacturing, R&D, or technical support environment
• Knowledge in one or more of the following: customer support, PCBA testing, electronics circuit, software testing, quality control, Python, technical support, NPI
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and gro
