POSITION OVERVIEW

This Sustaining Product Development Engineer undertakes projects to improve existing products for the Horizontal Blinds Division. This person will primarily focus on quality improvements, but will have a secondary focus on other improvements such as cost savings, production launch support, and efficiency. The role is located within the fabrication plant in Monterrey, Mexico and will support all horizontal blind products fabricated in that plant.

• Design resource - lead or support on product improvement projects
• Corrective Action of urgent and/or chronic design quality issues

• Manage the redesign and coordinate the launch of product quality improvements
