Are you an innovative engineer with a knack for turning customer needs into precisely engineered solutions? Then join us at Medtronic as a Product Engineer, where you’ll design customized perfusion set specifications and assembly drawings tailored to our clients’ unique requirements.

Here you will collaborate closely with sales teams and hospitals to perfect your designs, troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues, maintain critical data in our ERP system (SAP), and provide technical expertise across multiple departments. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or management science
  • Experience minimum in Engineering
  • AutoCAD or SolidWorks plus ERP experience
  • Fluent English and good working knowledge in Dutch. Any additional languages are advantageous.
  • Good working knowing of Microsoft packages (Excel, word etc.)
  • Ability to navigate systems
  • Comfortable with working independently as well as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and logical thinking
  • Basic Statistics required

Responsibilities:

  • Design customized procedure pack (perfusion set) specifications/assembly drawings based on customer requirements
  • Work closely with Sales or Hospitals to create the optimal design
  • Resolve issues/problem solving during the manufacturing process
  • Responsible for data setup and maintenance in ERP System (SAP)
  • Support multiple departments within Medtronic as a Manufacturing Engineering SME
  • Support Complaint handling by providing technical expertise
