Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Product Engineer to join the Product Engineering team in our Luxembourg HQ! In this role, you will be at the forefront of our business, designing and delivering satellite-based solutions that allow us to provide the most innovative products.
Your mission starts from understanding customer requirements, and you will work with our Engineering teams to ensure technically sound product solutions end to end. In this position, you get to work across a broad range of technologies, with a focus on mobility based products.
You will be responsible for (this is not an exhaustive list):
- Interface with product management to understand customer requirements and translate those into technical requirements
- Interface with vendors to align requirements, as well as follow through on developments and report regularly
- Deliver system architectures that interoperate between all systems in the full end-to-end service, including Terminal, Platform, Gateway & Network
- Support the definition of operational plans & procedures to operate end-to-end services in an efficient and reliable manner
- Collaborate and support the service transition and operations teams on the managed and sovereign service delivery, including training of internal & external stakeholders on any delivered projects
- Participate in testing and integration activities for product solutions
