JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide support on new products introduction for wafer probe at Mxli, support low yield and material disposition and looking for yield improvement. Keep communication with FAB for process improvement
Requirement
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Electronic engineering, Mechatronic or similar)
English (written/spoken – 90%)
Responsibilities
Introduction of new product to production line
Low yield wafer disposition
RMA process
Support STR wafer probing
Yield improvement & Foundry evaluation.
Skills/Experience
Analytical thinking and problem solving
Statistical data analysis
Interpersonal skills
Microsoft office, JMP,Exensio.
