Description:
We’re looking for a Product Executive Awards to join our team in London as part of our Awards function.
Your Role: You will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering the Awards program, ensuring its smooth execution and driving continued growth. Working closely with the Senior Awards Product & Research Manager, you will help build world-class Awards products that align with industry standards and organisational goals. Your responsibilities will include leading the administration of the awards process, while also contributing to the ongoing development of these products.
In this role, strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential to achieving outstanding results. You will analyse market trends and participant feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and refine awards criteria and categories, ensuring the program continues to meet customer expectations and business objectives. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across teams will be key to the success of the Awards program.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating and delivering the end-to-end process of developing a world-class Awards program, managing multiple projects at the same time, ensuring tasks stay on track and timelines are met.
- Responsible for the administration and delivery of Awards products, supporting the end-to-end process and ensuring seamless implementation of the program
- Assist the Senior Awards Product & Research Manager in the daily management of tasks related to the development and refinement of Awards products
- Conduct research and analyse participant feedback, using insights to support product improvements and ensure the awards categories and criteria remain competitive and relevant
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, guidelines, and project plans, ensuring all stakeholders have access to up-to-date information and resources that support the continuous development of the awards program
- Support cross-functional collaboration, working with internal teams to align Awards product development with broader business goals and deliver a cohesive customer experience
Your Experience
- Excellent organisational skills: with the ability to oversee multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders. Project management experience preferable
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities: working effectively with cross-functional teams, including senior management and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills: to interpret market trends and participant feedback, driving continuous improvement and innovation in awards criteria and categories
- High attention to detail: to ensure the accuracy and quality of awards, product development, and program administration
- Experience with product development or event management in a related field, such as awards programs, events, or recognition schemes
- Industry experience: Some experience in financial services or fintech related industries preferred but not required.
