Role: Product Experience Lead
Location: London, UK (One day per week in the London office required)

PRODUCT EXPERIENCE AND STRATEGY

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product experience strategy that aligns with business objectives and user needs across the regulatory information platform portfolio.
  • Define and document design principles, patterns, and standards that ensure consistency and quality across all products and future acquisitions.
  • Identify opportunities for experience improvements through user research, analytics, and stakeholder feedback.

KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION

  • Create and maintain documentation for design standards, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Develop and deliver training materials to help teams understand and implement design standards.
  • Regular reporting on product experience initiatives, progress, and impact to stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of design excellence and user-centered thinking across the organization.

What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years of experience in product design, user experience, or related field
  • Proven track record of leading product experience initiatives across multiple products
  • Strong understanding of design systems and experience in their implementation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
  • Experience working with regulatory or compliance-focused products
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability
  • Ability to influence without direct authority
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong facilitation and consensus-building abilities
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures
  • Vision-setting and ability to drive organisational change

A strategic role responsible for elevating and standardising the product experience across the regulatory information platform portfolio. This position serves as the central authority on product experience, working collaboratively with product teams to establish, maintain, and evolve design standards while ensuring consistency and quality across all products.
