We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Product Intern to join our team in Amsterdam. This position will work closely under the supervision of the Product Owner while supporting various functions across the entire product team. You will also assist with user research tasks to help improve our user experience initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a student enrolled at a Dutch University or Hogeschool, studying Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related degree.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

A little bit of everything! This is a great opportunity to dive into the day-to-day workings of a product team, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of product management and user research.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Product Support: Assist in setting up, executing, and analyzing monetization experiments to validate hypotheses and maximize revenue growth.
  • Feature Development: Help evolve the feature set, UX, and strategy of our paid products to increase ARPPU, free-to-paid conversion, and paid retention rate.
  • User Research: Identify and lead new research initiatives, recruit for and schedule user interviews and usability testing sessions, and support user feedback sessions to gain insights into user needs and experiences.
  • Data Analysis: Generate insights from both internal and external data to increase the success rate of experiments and monetization initiatives.
  • App Store Analysis: Conduct app store reports and analysis to understand market trends and improve our product offerings.
  • Project Management: Flex your project management skills by ensuring the team is organized, hitting deadlines, and recording results.
