- Onboarding to Volvo Group, Induction to respective TD/BA, Transition Coaching.
- Getting to know the business, understanding the ways of working and the group and TD/BA culture.
- Learning about product streams (body and chassis) and the contribution of his/her work within this as well as the lifelong learning expectations in the group.
- Empowered to perform and make a value adding contribution to the assigned TD/BA asap with the benefit of ongoing support and supervision.
QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Grade 12 / Matric Certificate.
- Mechanical / Automotive Engineering Degree.
- Automotive qualification.
- Advance computer Literacy (Microsoft Office Package, Power BI) & process / systems development.

Purpose of Role: Developing role for a junior engineer in the field of Partner support (Body Builders, Electrical Infrastructure, Homologation & Compliance) & Product/Field Service Engineering (chassis & body).
