VESTAS TECHNOLOGY & OPERATIONS > RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT (R&D) > PRODUCT CONCEPT & GO TO MARKET

In the Renewable Power Plant Concepts and Go-to-market team, we are directly engaged in the plans and activities required for successfully launching and maintaining new and updated Plant-related offerings. We do this by engaging with many cross-functional stakeholders across Vestas to ensure our plans and efforts for the launch are fully aligned and we are in control of agreed deliverables supporting the launch and sales enablement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in the wind industry or from working in a complex, international company with a focus on design, manufacturing and B2B sales of complex products would be ideal
  • Familiar with operating in a diverse international context and equipped to handle varying time zone schedules
  • Knowledge or experience from either engineering or technical sales functions or product management
  • Familiarity with Go-to-market strategies or a keen interest in product management is desirable

Responsibilities:

  • As part of the Plant Go-to-market team, you will have the overall responsibility of overseeing the creation and execution of the Go-to-market plan, launching Power Plant solutions and Plant options
  • Detailed Go-to-market plan and execution and ensuring cross-functional internal alignment through close collaboration with the product development teams.
  • Collaborating with regional Sales frontlines, consolidating and anchoring their product market requirements to product development
  • Working with various stakeholders across Vestas to monitor the progress of the execution and readiness of the deliverables defined in the Go-to-market plan, including reporting on key milestones, project status and risks
  • Together with the team, you will be responsible for providing support for the complete product range, including easy and timely access to sales documentation and tools
  • Establishing a Go-to-market process for the roll-out of the complete product range and option
