Product Growth Manager

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years experience in analytics or product
• Experience in effectively collaborating across a variety of technical and non-technical functions to drive toward common product goals
• Experience in quantitative analysis geared towards drawing actionable insights from complex datasets
• Experimentation experience in designing multivariate tests, synthesizing test results and building frameworks to make data-informed launch decisions
• Creative product ideation experience to apply growth tactics broadly to different product areas and think through detailed elements of a product experience
• Experience communicating data-driven product insights to influence leadership direction
• Experience with data querying languages (e.g. SQL)
• Bachelor’s degree and/or work experience in a product or analytics role

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Statistics or related quantitative field
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising or growth

• Inform and shape product strategy through understanding data and combining insights across analyses and research
• Ideate and iterate on product directions that will help scale retention and growth, within our platform and across the company
• Drive execution on key product levers that drive growth and engagement for the overall ecosystem through cross-organizational alignment
