Four Corners is a recruiter specialized in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market. On behalf of an important Luxury Fashion Company, we are looking for a:
REQUIREMENTS:
- +8 years’ of experience in sustainability and circular economy practices within the fashion or consumer goods industry;
- Proven expertise in lifecycle assessment (LCA) and environmental impact assessment methodologies;
- Strong knowledge of sustainability regulations and standards, including the French Loi Climat, Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR) and European PEF;
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to develop and implement data-driven strategies;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement and reporting.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of the environmental impacts of products throughout their lifecycle, including raw materials, processing, manufacturing, logistics, sales, after-sales, repair, customer use, and end-of-life, adhering to French Loi Climat, Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR) and European PEF guidelines;
- Create and implement internal eco-design tools based on life cycle assessment (LCA) data and scenarios to guide sustainable product development;
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, supply chain, and sustainability departments, to identify opportunities for reducing the environmental footprint and implement strategic improvements;
- Analyse and ensure that product sustainability claims and labeling comply with current and emerging regulations, providing clear and informative guidance to consumers;
- Support the implementation of traceability initiatives and systems, facilitating the collection of supply-chain data to enable scalable LCA practices;
- Identify, analyse, and promote take-back programs such as resale platforms and rental services to maximize product utilization, reduce waste, and extend the product lifecycle;
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to circularity and sustainability, providing regular reports to management and stakeholders. Measure progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with sustainability goals and regulations.
