MINDSCAPE IS LOOKING FOR A ‘PRODUCT INFORMATION SPECIALIST’

We are seeking an enthusiastic new colleague to take our e-commerce activities to the next level. Since the 1980s, Mindscape has successfully developed, published, and distributed games and accessories, reaching millions of players worldwide. With brands like Myst, Riven, Prince of Persia, Fortnite, Disney, Windstorm, and The Smurfs, Mindscape holds a significant position in the gaming industry. Due to our growth both domestically and internationally, Team Mindscape is seeking reinforcement. Our cozy office, complete with excellent coffee and a fun bar, is located in Amstelveen.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• You are available for a minimum of 24 hours per week.
• You have an MBO diploma in the direction of Information Services / Marketing & Communication Employee with 4 years of work experience or a HBO BE or BA diploma with 2 years of work experience.
• Knowledge of AFAS is a plus.
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills, self-starter, punctual, and accurate.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Product Information Specialist, you will be responsible for gathering, localizing, and inputting all essential data for our games, including game descriptions, trailers, packshots, as well as barcodes and prices into our CMS system. You will ensure that e-commerce platforms such as Bol.com, Amazon, etc., can be fed with accurate information.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Independently entering, verifying, and keeping all product information up-to-date in our system.
• Collaborating with other departments, such as procurement and sales, and maintaining regular contact with domestic and international suppliers.
• Working independently while also being able to collaborate with other departments, such as the marketing department, and regularly communicating with domestic and international game suppliers.
