Description:
We’re looking for our new Product Information Management (PIM) Owner to develop and optimize our product data management processes!
GN Hearing is undergoing a major digital transformation and an important part of that is the new global implementation of our Product Information Management system - an important part for our digital customer experience and will introduce exciting new ways of working and efficiencies across the company.
Your contribution is appreciated,
In this newly created role, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end PIM system, ensuring that our product information is accurate, up-to-date, and seamlessly integrated with other systems. You will collaborate with a wide array of cross-functional teams to enhance data quality, governance, and workflows, thus being integral to improving the customer experience and supporting business growth.
You will be responsible for rolling out the new program globally, working in an agile way, together with your scrum team, and work closely with the Product Management teams to ensure a high level of data accuracy.
Primarily you will,
- Own the PIM System: work in an agile manner in developing, implementing and updating and optimizing the system
- Train and support the local markets on the use of our new PIM system.
- Ensure Data Management & Quality Assurance, meaning product information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date across all channels. Develop standards for data governance and quality control.
- Creating efficient processes and ensure they are adopted together with the Product Management team in terms of updating data/ data accuracy.
- Institutionalize PIM as part of our new ways of working and product launches
- Work closely with product, IT, Marketing, and E-commerce teams to ensure business alignment.
At GN we pride ourselves on encouraging flexible working whenever possible. We trust our people to get the job done, to know when in-person collaboration is better than hybrid, and to be present when it’s needed most.
To succeed in the role, we imagine that you have,
- 3 - 5 years of experience in digital development and online customer journeys.
- Experience with any product management system. Preferably Inriver
- Comprehensive stakeholder management skills - able to create enthusiasm and buy-in around our software and ways of working.
- A clear understanding of Agile ways of working
- A sense of urgency and ability to set the right commercial priorities
- You have a one team, one dream mindset, alongside great communication and collaboration skills.
- A mindset adept at navigating large volumes of data and discerning the links and connections within.
We encourage you to apply
Even if you don’t match all the above-mentioned skills, we will gladly receive your application if you think you have transferrable skills. We highly value a mindset, motivation, and energy, that aligns with our core values, to not only ensure growth for you, but for your team and the wider GN organization as well.
We are committed to an inclusive recruitment process
