Job Description

  • Contribute to payments strategy and product roadmap for digital identity.
  • Develop business cases, and prioritise themes and epics, representing EU/UK new opportunities and commercial priorities for global product roadmaps.
  • Own key EU/UK product pilot initiative workstreams across digital identity enabling connected hyper-personalized commerce solutions for online and POS payments.
  • Drive ID wallet integrations with Visa’s payment platforms in collaboration with different functions, both global and regional.
  • Work with clients, partners and standards bodies to balance regulatory compliance with competitive edge.
  • Partner the design, solutions & tech teams to create best in class trusted products and user experiences and lead a x-functional digital identity squad.
  • Bring high levels of proficiency in writing and managing EPICs, user stories, business and product requirements and take responsibility for EU/UK digital identity product backlog.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to take solutions from definition & validation into piloting. Own pilot execution runway including client and partner contracting across markets for business cases being tested.
  • Define pilot go to market strategies and successfully manage new products and features in markets.
  • Own, evaluate, improve OKRs like conversion rates & revenue targets for pilots.
  • Produce various assets from product positioning to product sheets, presentations etc.
  • Champion Visa’s digital identity solutions internally and externally.
  • Follow market trends, competition, regulation, emerging technologies, and potential disruptive forces.
  • Drive thought leadership and innovation by proposing new product concepts and breakthrough features.
  • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and alliances.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Product management with commercial experience across SaaS/Fintech/payments IAM - B2B/B2C.
  • Sound technical knowledge of trust service technologies across ID&V, risk &
  • fraud, payments authentication, data & AI, consent & privacy management.
  • Standards based payments & identity solutions implementation knowledge -
  • 3DS, FIDO, SSO, EMVCo etc.
  • Track record in new product development across open banking, wallet, card
  • schemes and eID solutions for online and POS payments.
  • Extensive experience of being a member of teams that operate using agile
  • working methodologies and principles.
  • You are a change leader, comfortable working in matrixed teams.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and passionate about emerging technologies and
  • trends, with extensive experience in working with developers and technical
  • teams.
  • A good understanding and willingness to apply Human Centered Design
  • (Design Thinking, sprints, etc.) principles to your work.
  • Ability to work independently and steer complex decisions with different
  • stakeholders.
  • Great product storyteller, able to convincingly present product roadmap &
  • business cases.
  • A passion for solving the problems of the future through innovation,
  • technology & design to build better businesses for the future.
  • Program /project management skills would be preferred but not mandatory.
  • Tools - JIRA, Wiki, Figma, MS Office, MS Dynamics, Tableau
  • Strong background technology partnership and contract management.
  • English proficiency, German optional.
