Description:
OVERVIEW:
As the Product Lead for Automotive at Aleph Alpha, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our automotive & manufacturing product line. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and deliver groundbreaking AI-driven solutions that meet the needs of our automotive & manufacturing clients. The ideal candidate has a robust understanding of the automotive industry and/ or other industry verticals, a proven track record in product management, and a passion for technology and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the automotive & manufacturing segment, aligning it with the company’s overall goals and market trends.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand competitive landscape, customer needs, and industry trends. Use insights to inform product development and positioning.
- Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and launch. Ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery and market adoption. Foster strong relationships across teams to drive collaboration.
- User Engagement: Engage with customers, industry stakeholders, and user groups to gather feedback, validate and incubate ideas which can serve as basis for replication (scale), and ensure the product meets real-world needs.
- Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and user satisfaction. Analyze data to inform ongoing product iterations and enhancements.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of product managers and designers, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive team culture.
