JOB DESCRIPTION
Product Managers at U.S. Bank are customer obsessed in driving product planning, visioning, development, management, and customer experience to deliver on our human plus digital product strategy and staying one step ahead of evolving economic, technological, and customer needs. Pulls from market and competitive insights, customer needs, and internal business priorities to create the product vision (target customer segments, markets, channels, go to market approach, and value propositions). Aligns this strategic vision with cross-functional stakeholders to shape product roadmap, investment areas and success measures. This role will be responsible for designing the pricing, packaging and distribution of Business Banking products in a bundled approach that rewards customers for the overall relationship that they bring to the bank. This will require collaboration at a senior level across product teams within the bank to align on right-fit product combinations and pricing levers that reward multi-product relationships.
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically 10 or more years of relevant experience
- Advanced product management or similar experience
- Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced capability across all key product levers including product profitability, product strategy, vision & planning, product development, channel alignment/management, adoption, customer experience research, insight & execution, go to market & sales channels, performance measurement, and marketing & analytics
- Ability to collaborate and influence at a senior level
- Solid understanding of multiple product lines including profitability drivers, value proposition, target customer profiles, and customer experience
