THE QUALIFICATIONS YOU NEED:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Solution Engineering, Consulting, Business Analytics or comparable roles.
  • Experience in managing high performing teams is a plus.
  • Experience with enterprise business processes across ERPs, CRMs, SRMs and comparable systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders and create alignment across different functions within an organization.
  • Track record of developing and shipping value-adding products.
  • Experience in (product) marketing, messaging and positioning is a plus.
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (German is a plus).

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

We are looking for a people manager to create and develop a new team within Business Apps that collects and curates innovations from our customers & Go-To-Market teams, and documents, shares and enables on new process knowledge, and enables specialized partners to build applications for new use cases on Celonis. Today, the most commonly analyzed processes with Celonis lie within our core domains. There is a significant opportunity to expand the existing portfolio of Apps with new use cases and process areas. You will bring in your experience in use case development and product management and act as the interface between customers, our partners, our Go-To-Market and our Product & Engineering teams, shaping the future of the Celonis’ Business Apps portfolio.

THE WORK YOU’LL DO:

  • Build and lead a team of product managers focused on collecting and curating new use cases across any business process.
  • Work directly with customers and the Go-To-Market organization to source new innovations.
  • Collaborate with other Business Apps teams on use case discovery for new innovations in existing domains.
  • Enable specialized partners to build applications on Celonis, scaling our Business Apps offering to untapped horizontal and vertical process areas.
  • Develop a holistic strategy for driving use case innovation at scale.
  • Collaborate across the Celonis leadership team, Go-To-Market as well as the Product & Engineering organizations to implement this strategy.
