WHAT WE DO.

Bakkavor is a FTSE 250 listed business, with £2.2bn of revenue and is the market leader in the UK fresh prepared food industry. We supply meals, salads, desserts, pizza and bread to leading grocery retailers including Tesco, M&S, Sainsbury’s and Waitrose, and also have operations internationally in the US and China.

• Team Supervision & Development: Lead and mentor individuals and teams, setting goals, providing feedback, and fostering an engaging, high-performance environment.

• Product Ownership: Act as a champion for one or more products, managing the product lifecycle, prioritizing requirements, and ensuring customer needs are met.

• Product Strategy & Planning: Develop product positioning and messaging, conduct market analysis, and contribute to product roadmaps. Coordinate product launches and communicate developments across teams.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and customers, gathering feedback to improve products and inform strategic decisions.
• Supplier Management: Monitor supplier performance, implement improvements, and leverage supplier expertise for product development.
• Problem Solving & Analysis: Diagnose business issues, conduct cost/benefit analyses, and support business case development.
