YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• Degree in (business) computer science or a similar qualification.
• Strong expertise in software product development lifecycle management and modern software development with distributed teams.
• Experience in managing partners and suppliers to deliver innovative, efficient, high-quality, and scalable technology solutions.
• Understanding in enterprise technologies such as Java, JavaScript, related frameworks, database technologies and AWS as well as always being curious to discover new trends and evaluate them for KN.
• Strong methodical, procedural, and analytical skills. Proven experience in leading a team. A passion for continuous learning and supporting your colleagues in their growth.
• Comfortable communicating in English.

YOUR ROLE

Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and value creation of our myKN IT products. You’ll have the opportunity to continuously enhance existing products and pave the way for innovative new solutions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead software development for myKN products with product-focused thinking in the core of everything you do.
• Manage and prioritize requirements from various stakeholders.
• Deliver functionalities that boost productivity and enhance transparency in logistics for our customers.
• Analyze and improve end-to-end processes.
• Act as a liaison between management, business teams, and third-party/service teams.
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and change management.
• Provide technical expertise to business stakeholders and teams. Establish technical guidelines and standards for software development.
• Define, measure, evaluate, and learn from the results/KPIs of your product goals regularly. Motivate, support, and develop your teams.
