Responsibilities:
- A strong and proactive collaborator who can confidently engage with stakeholders and present meaningful insights.
- Experience working in a regulated industry.
- Ability to think strategically and at a detailed level to cope with business and technology complexity.
- A deep interest in technology and how to make it work for people.
- Experience working with ServiceNow or equivalent SaaS platforms.
- Ability to communicate with engineers and architects to allow for effective creation of feature and story delivery and associated success criteria.
- Understanding of DevSecOps processes and tooling.
- Solid understanding of user-research techniques, ideally using Jobs-To-Be-Done framework
