Responsibilities:

  • A strong and proactive collaborator who can confidently engage with stakeholders and present meaningful insights.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry.
  • Ability to think strategically and at a detailed level to cope with business and technology complexity.
  • A deep interest in technology and how to make it work for people.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow or equivalent SaaS platforms.
  • Ability to communicate with engineers and architects to allow for effective creation of feature and story delivery and associated success criteria.
  • Understanding of DevSecOps processes and tooling.
  • Solid understanding of user-research techniques, ideally using Jobs-To-Be-Done framework
