How will you make a difference?

As a member of the Quality Product Line group, you will be responsible for Couplers and you will report directly to PL B&C Quality Director.

• Define and ensure deployment and efficiency of Quality strategy for the Coupler Product Line, in line with PL B&C Quality Strategy & Transit Quality Strategy
• Define, monitor and control the Quality in PL activities (Customer interface, Engineering, Project Management) through the adequate KPIs to achieve Customer satisfaction
• Manage the Coupler Product QE team in order to ensure proper product Development process is respected and product specification achieved
• Manage the Coupler PQE team in order to ensure Quality Project Execution deliverable fulfilled and the customer NCR are properly managed.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing Quality leaders and their teams , coordinate transversally with all Regions / Sites and Supplier Quality to meet Quality targets
• Ensure that Quality targets of the PL are in line with Transit Quality Targets and PL Objectives, and customers expectation ; define PL Quality Continuous Improvement Plan
• Represent Customer within the PL on Product / Warranty Quality matters (Communication / Escalation)
• Lead the Coupler PL QRQC of all Regions
• Attend Transit Safety Board and ensure that the containment actions are applied and corrective actions analysis is concluded since the LLC issuing.
• Ensure that PL Quality budget is aligned with strategy and communicate it to all relevant parties

What do we want to know about you?

• 10+ years of experience in quality leading roles or operations, engineering
• University degree – mechanical field preferably
• Fluent English, other language - German and Czech is advantage
• Expirienced within Global Manufacturing Companies with matrix type of organization
• Strong ability to negotiate a represent the company
• Ability to lead and motivate the team
• Willingness for functional team working
