As a Product Line Scheduling and Competency specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing strategies to optimize resource allocation and ensure efficient utilization of workforce capacity
• Managing tender applications, requests for quotations, and any other ad-hoc commercial support activities
• Collaborating with department leads to forecast staffing needs and plan accordingly to meet project timelines and objectives.
• Providing guidance and support to managers in identifying career development opportunities for team members.
• Leading and overseeing the scheduling and planning of personnel across various departments or teams within Caspian and European area
• Conduct regular career development discussions with employees to identify goals, strengths, and areas for improvement
• Design and facilitate training programs and initiatives to support employee skill development and career advancement
• Serve as a mentor and coach to employees, providing guidance on career paths and assisting in navigating career progression opportunities within the organizatio

To be successful in this role you will:

• Bachelor degree
• Have experience in well construction
• Able to fluently speak and write in English
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing career development initiatives
• Have experience in planning, scheduling, or related role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
