Responsibilities:
As a Product Line Scheduling and Competency specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategies to optimize resource allocation and ensure efficient utilization of workforce capacity
- Managing tender applications, requests for quotations, and any other ad-hoc commercial support activities
- Collaborating with department leads to forecast staffing needs and plan accordingly to meet project timelines and objectives.
- Providing guidance and support to managers in identifying career development opportunities for team members.
- Leading and overseeing the scheduling and planning of personnel across various departments or teams within Caspian and European area
- Conduct regular career development discussions with employees to identify goals, strengths, and areas for improvement
- Design and facilitate training programs and initiatives to support employee skill development and career advancement
- Serve as a mentor and coach to employees, providing guidance on career paths and assisting in navigating career progression opportunities within the organizatio
To be successful in this role you will:
- Bachelor degree
- Have experience in well construction
- Able to fluently speak and write in English
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing career development initiatives
- Have experience in planning, scheduling, or related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
