Julius Baer Fund Solutions is an open architecture Fund Management business which provides our clients with best-in-class investment strategies, investment managers and tailor-made fund solutions. We offer benefits and exclusive access to traditional investment strategies, private markets funds, hedge funds, and private label funds. Our Fund Solutions business is tailored to our client needs from product and payout profile design to fund formations, platform distribution arrangements, life cycle management, manager identification and commercial negotiations. We are a fully integrated Fund Solutions business based in Dublin and Zurich.

Our ideal addition to the team would have problem solver attitude and excel at working out of Dublin with a team mainly based in Zurich, possess tenacity, creativity, attention to detail, concise communication, openness to new ideas, fearlessness to new challenges, yet always be professional, friendly, humble, and authentic.

YOUR PROFILE

• 3-5 years of experience in the fund, finance, or related data management industry
• Knowledge on fund data and reporting and their requirements
• Excellent technical background in funds, finance, data management, coupled with strong analytical/numerical skills
• Superior Excel and Powerpoint skills, Python would be a plus
• High standard of quality and accuracy with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work cross-border with team members in Zurich and limited local guidance
• Capability to work well under-pressure and good in multi-tasking
• Always eager to find solutions in any complex scenarios
• Knowledge in Morningstar Direct, Bloomberg, FE Fundinfo, Refinitiv or any other system is a plus
• Knowledge in regulatory changes as they impact fund data and reporting requirement
• Communicative with excellent client service and management skills
• Full proficiency in English; German/French/Italian proficiency would be a strong plus
• Excellent cross-functional project management and execution skills
