Description:

  • As Manager of PM&I Travel he/she contributes to profitable growth of Travel LoB within the Region.
  • This role will focus on travel insurance market intelligence. Being the travel market subject matter expert for our internal and external clients, the PM&I manager will support the strategic agenda in growth and for the UK&I & Benelux travel business, working closely with sales to align the go-to-market strategy and the roll out to the markets with support of steered processes, enablement of sales forces and sales material
  • Working with our partners to create inspiring marketing campaigns which showcase our innovations and why we are market leaders, to driving engagement / conversion and achieve both our growth objectives
  • The role is a regional role to leverage synergies within the region, support other countries, share information and best practices, align the roll out of projects and products

KEY RESPONSIBILITY #1: MARKET AND CUSTOMER INTELLIGENCE / CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

  • Initiate regional/local market & consumer research for regional-specific needs; Share w/ global team(s)
  • Identify specific Customer Segments that best fit global strategy, product solutions, capabilities, etc.
  • Perform regional/local competitive analysis (to be included in global assessment and/or product/marketing decisions)
  • Define & deliver local customer experience enhancements
  • Market assessments (locally) incl. growth trends, competitors and customer behaviors, expected profitability and target share/size. Anticipating market developments in relevant industries and business environment
  • Feed into the LOB central source market knowledge and validate LOB working assumptions and competitive positioning relevant to BU

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with PR to support the UK comms strategy
  • CSR contribution
