We offer a software for decarbonisation and ESG reporting capabilities, that enables businesses of the likes of BMW, Mollie, Sorare, GANNI, Chloé and N26, to successfully manage their net zero journey. Building and growing Plan A has been only possible thanks to our ever-expanding team across Europe.
Our growing product team includes product designers, engineers, and carbon accounting experts. We’re looking for a Product Intern eager to make an impact in sustainability and gain hands-on experience with a dynamic, collaborative team.
Your Responsibilities
Assist in the development and delivery of strategic initiatives, working closely with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) to support product vision and strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Designers, Engineers, and Sustainability Subject Matter Experts, to design and implement effective product solutions that are valuable, viable, usable, and feasible.
Work with key internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success) to gather insights and align product offerings with organizational goals.
Engage with external stakeholders, including clients and partners, to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into product development.
Support the research and analysis of market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions and prioritize initiatives.
Contribute to product documentation, presentations, and communication to ensure clear understanding and alignment across the organization.
Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and reviews to provide insights and help refine product features and functionalities.
Requirements
An excellent written and verbal communicator in the English language
A fast learner, who is able to grasp difficult concepts quickly
An organised person, with a strong attention to detail
Knowledge of Product Management best practices (eg Lean Startup, Continuous Discovery Habits, Inspired)
Located in Berlin, able to work from our office in Kreuzberg
What makes you stand out
Previous experience in an Agile software development environment and/or previous experience in a customer facing role
Any previous experience in a customer facing role (Eg Sales Development, Account Executive, Customer Success)
Any technical background related to web development (Bonus points for basic knowledge of python and/or SQL)
Bachelor degree in business or equivalent experience
