REQUIREMENTS:

Master’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Biomedical Engineering, Molecular Biology, Biology, or a closely related field of study plus 3 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, Manufacturing Scientist, Quality Engineer, or related occupation. Employer will also accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Biomedical Engineering, Molecular Biology, Biology, or a closely related field of study plus 5 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, Manufacturing Scientist, Quality Engineer, or related occupation as an equivalent alternative.
Required knowledge or experience with:
Preparing manufacturing documents including SOPs, specification sheets, and worksheets;
Designing transfer, development, and production support functions;
Research and development, product transfer, design control, and product support functions;
Minitab and JMP; and Excel.
Salary: $280,987 to $285,000 per year

Responsibilities:

Support and lead new product introduction process from concept through commercialization, including voice of customer research, definition of customer and product requirements, and value proposition.
Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive strategy in analytical instrumentation product offerings.
Support and lead product launches and sales training.
Develop concise sales training resources and processes for marketing team.
Analyze and report product performance and apply data-driven decision making to recommend tactical operations actions.
Lead demand, revenue, margin, and pricing for product portfolio.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply, demand planning, quality, and operations to biomedical product offerings.
Update and present forecasts regularly to management, finance, and manufacturing teams to identify and solve issues relevant to product offerings.
Collaborate with Finance teams to develop performance dashboards to increase data integrity and automation.
Strategize to drive growth for the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division.
Lead daily maintenance of existing products.
Travel: Up to 20% travel (domestic and international).
