Our Product team is looking for a talented and process driven Product Manager to take on full ownership of a product feature area. You will assist in setting the product strategy and roadmap development for a platform that makes over 1 million employees feel good about their work. And because Achievers follows a continuous delivery model, you will be enabled to turn your vision to reality at a rapid pace.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for self-serve tools that drive high satisfaction among internal and external users, while ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and implement scalable and user-friendly software solutions.
  • Implement process improvements and automations that lead to clearer definition of roles and ownership in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Leverage data to drive product decisions, prioritize features, and continuously iterate on and improve internal tools.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify emerging trends.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for internal tools and processes.
  • Train and support internal teams on the use of new tools and updates, ensuring smooth adoption.
