JOB DESCRIPTION:

Humata Health is seeking an experienced and adaptable Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our AI software solutions. In this role, you will work closely with customers and our engineering team to ensure our products meet market needs and deliver exceptional value. As a key member of a small, agile company, you will have the opportunity to wear many hats and contribute to multiple aspects of product development and strategy.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably with AI software or healthcare technology.
  • Customer Focus: Strong ability to engage with and understand the needs of payer and provider customers.
  • Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of AI and machine learning. Experience with healthcare APIs and integration.
  • Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineering and other cross-functional teams.
  • Data Fluency: Experience leveraging data (external and product-generated) to inform roadmap prioritization.
  • Remote Work: Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Collaboration: Engage with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure our products address their requirements.
  • Product Strategy: Informed by product and market data, user and buyer conversations, and company goals, define and execute the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team to prioritize and implement features, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Requirements Management: Collect and prioritize product requirements from internal and external stakeholders, translating them into actionable plans.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in AI technology, incorporating relevant innovations into the product roadmap.
  • Versatility: Contribute to various aspects of product and business development, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
