Description:

Responsibilities:

ROLE:

Airtame is looking for a Product Manager to join our Collaboration team. In this role you will manage and support the development of our cross-platform screen sharing and cross-service conferencing offering by collaborating across the organisation to scope and prioritise software investments. You will be responsible for discovery and delivery of everything related to the end-user experience of using Airtame for collaboration.
Headquartered in Copenhagen, with colleagues in the US and all over Europe, we pride ourselves on strong company culture and collaborative working spirit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with the VP of Product to define the roadmap objectives, research investments & product direction.
  • Build a product roadmap based on customer needs, resources, and strategic opportunities.
  • Ensure a value-driven prioritisation balancing new features, bug fixes and technical debt management together with the QA and Engineering leads. Write clear requirements for prioritised work.
  • Assist the Engineering and Design peers with the planning and the execution of their development sprints.
  • Prioritise, prepare and conduct user research in collaboration with the other product managers and designers.
  • Ensure the successful release of everything the team ships, which means being accountable for the quality of the solution and the outcomes for customers and the business.
  • Collaborate with commercial stakeholders like sales and marketing to align the positioning and the go-to-market activities for everything your team is building.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU HAVE:

  • 3+ years of experience working with agile methodologies and backlog management, either as product manager or product owner in an organisation with fullstack teams both on-location and remote.
  • A solid technical mindset and experience participating actively in discussions around software architecture (at a high-level).
  • Experience using both quantitative data (e.g., metrics, analytics) and qualitative data (e.g., user feedback) to inform product prioritisation.
  • Experience facilitating and executing continuous discovery with real users through a pragmatic and results oriented approach.
  • You collaborate well cross-functionally—especially with engineering, marketing, sales, and support—to get an organisation working together towards strategic objectives.
  • You are analytical and well organised when working with continuously evolving knowledge around our product/features.
  • Excellent communicator (verbally and written) in English, with the ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
