Responsibilities:
- Evangelizing our product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Maintaining, prioritizing and clearly communicating the product roadmap
- Defining and analyzing metrics that ensure the product’s success
- Collaborating with Design and UX research in continuous discovery activities and researching to validate assumptions.
- Collaborating with Product Marketing to ensure well defined Go To Market Plans
- Working cross-functional with CX, and Support to gather user feedback
- Owning the product backlog, balancing conflicting priorities to determine prioritization on a daily and weekly basis.
- Preparing user stories and facilitate the ongoing refinement of the backlog with input from stakeholders.Working directly with Delivery Managers for the release planning and sprint planning processes, including setting release timelines, and supporting the team in successful delivery.
