Description:

Summary
The IT-company Andersen invites an experienced Product Manager to work on a large-scale project for one of our customers based in Qatar.
The customer is a leading automobile company in Qatar. Firm offers a wide range of products and services, including after sales support, car rental, used car sales and trade-ins, commercial and industrial solutions, as well as electrical solutions. The company has a well-established network of showrooms and service centers throughout the country. Key major partners and clients: Toyota Motor Corporation, Lexus International, Gulf International Bank (GIB),Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company, Qatar Petroleum.
The project is to provide APIs for booking meetings and events, such as visits to showrooms or car service appointments, simplifying interactions with other subprojects in the ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Working with a hybrid methodology of Waterfall and Scrum.
  • Ensuring timely delivery: Ensuring that the Salesforce team strictly adheres to the schedule and completes tasks on time.
  • Managing the project in Azure DevOps, coordinating actions, and tracking progress.
  • Monitoring dependencies, identifying and resolving external blockers and impediments that may affect task completion.
  • Coordinating interactions with other teams for which Salesforce is the API source, ensuring the timely provision and updating of necessary data.
  • Organizing and leading Scrum ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews to maintain the team’s effective operation.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Project Manager for 3+ years.
  • Proficiency in using this module for managing appointment scheduling and related processes.
  • Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of working with Salesforce, including the rollout process, as well as knowledge of how Salesforce teams operate and what tasks they perform.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps for managing the project.
  • Excellent knowledge of Agile,Waterfall methodologies, Scrum & Kanban frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Managing team experience.
  • Be a decision maker and possess problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work at multiple tasks at a time, meet deadlines, prioritize tasks.
  • Level of English – from Upper - Intermediate and above.
