Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Product team at Supermetrics, and this role could be based in either Helsinki, Dublin or the UK.
In this role, you will lead the vision of how the Supermetrics API gets in the hands of our customers and continues to solve problems for their use cases with the highest amount of autonomy and flexibility.

Responsibilities:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Owning the product strategy for the Supermetrics API, ensuring it aligns with our vision and customers needs
  • Being the voice of the customer, collecting insights from them and internal stakeholders to continuously improve and expand the value of our API
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful feature release and adoption
  • Tracking key metrics to measure the success and adoption of API products and inform future initiatives
  • Prioritising features and improvements on the roadmap, balancing customers needs and strategic priorities
  • Guiding initiatives through ideation, discovery, delivery and adoption phases
  • Working alongside product development teams to discover, plan and build in an agile-first approach following our software delivery lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Creating clear and concise product requirements through user stories that follow the rules of INVEST
