Description:

We’re seeking a passionate Product Manager to drive the success of our innovative product offerings. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering exceptional user experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital product management.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience in the travel industry is a plus, but not required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in leadership roles.
  • Certification in product management or agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Define and execute the product strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives.
  • Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user needs and market trends.
  • Product Backlog: Create and manage a prioritized product backlog, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and business goals.
  • User Experience: Collaborate with UX teams to design and deliver intuitive and delightful user experiences.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, effectively communicating product vision and progress.
  • Agile Methodology: Drive agile product development processes, leveraging best practices to deliver value iteratively.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to inform product decisions and measure success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
