Our client requires a Product Manager Associate to manage marketing projects, support product managers, and track campaigns. They are committed to rewarding their employees for their impactful challenging work, so here are the perks:

You will be the kind of person who wants to make a difference within your day-to-day work, but of course there are a few other requirements:

  • Degree in Life Science, Biomedical Science, or business qualification (desirable but not mandatory).
  • Laboratory experience is advantageous.
  • Skilled at driving product strategy in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Experience in marketing, particularly in diagnostics or healthcare is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with current diagnostic technologies (IHC, ISH, PCR, Next-Gen Sequencing) is advantageous.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Strong administration and organisational capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Dynamic, passionate, and hardworking with a flexible attitude towards challenges.
  • Self-reliant and capable of working independently.
  • Appreciation of current diagnostic technologies.

In this role you will be working in and amongst the marketing team to manage a portfolio of over 500 products across various disciplines. You will also be responsible for:

  • Responsible for prioritising marketing activities to maximise growth and profit while preparing for future product launches.
  • Lead and implement product management responsibilities for the assigned portfolio in collaboration with Product Managers.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and tactical plans to optimise product performance in alignment with company objectives.
  • Work with other marketing teams to assist when required.
  • Ensure product availability to meet customer demand and business needs.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, focusing on sales, technical teams, and customers.
  • Provide a positive customer experience and develop competencies as the subject matter expert for assigned products.
  • Based in the UK/ROI head office in Burgess Hill, with occasional office attendance as discussed with the line manager.
