The world’s most popular audio streaming subscription service is looking for a Product Manager to join the band in a consultant assignment. The client has transformed music listening forever when launched in 2008.
Period: 2024-10-31 to 2025-04-30 (full-time), with a possibility of extension.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a Product Manager to join a small team focused on the backend systems for managing audiobook classification. You’ll partner with taxonomists, audiobook editors, backend engineers, data engineers, and beyond. Audiobooks is an exciting new content vertical with opportunity to learn and shape things. You’ll drive development of the Audiobooks Genre System as they expand to new markets and build parity with our Music and Podcasts experience. This role is crucial in ensuring audiobooks discovery is effective, safe, culturally relevant and enjoyable for users
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead the roadmap and execution for the Audiobooks Genre System
- Define the evolution of genre tooling and its data products
- Manage the integration of this system into the clients ecosystem
- Establish mechanisms and baseline metrics for performance
- Build internal awareness and support
