ROLE OVERVIEW
AWM Retail Product Manager is responsible for developing the overarching strategic direct for assigned brands and marketing strategy, leading, and overseeing the commercial deployment of brand/indication messages and tactics for key portfolio. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking, market analysis, relationship management, and product expertise, with the primary goal of driving business growth.
Working with the Retail Senior Business Unit Manager, you will develop and implement an integrated marketing plan designed to drive demand, improve messaging, and engage the sales team to achieve overarching annual growth plans for your assigned portfolio. The role involves working closely external partners to ensure that marketing campaigns are aligned with business goals, resonate with consumers, and effectively support retail partners.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Develop and implement brand execution, activations, advertising, promotion for the deployment of the brand marketing plan
- Drive consumer demand for the brand through the deployment of different marketing mix in both online and offline store.
- Lead in-store brand activities, promotion deployment, POSM development, marketing collaterals, brand events and related operational activities.
- Responsible in managing brand budget. Monitor and control A&P expenditure within budget allocations.
- Develop and oversee budgets for product development, marketing, and sales initiatives.
- Optimize the product mix to enhance both revenue and profitability
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to translate market and customer insights into successful marketing campaigns
- Devise customer journey mapping for key target audience
- Analyze customer insights, market trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies and marketing campaigns
- Working with Regional teams to ensure alignment and support for local marketing plans
- In partnership with Supply chain, forecast expected demand, manage stock requirements and minimize the impact on customers from any supply constraints
- Train and coach distributor/internal sales team to maximize effort and performance.
- Achieve budgets for the assigned product portfolio.
