Description:

At Bionic, we’re making it radically easier to run a small business. We do this by combining smart technology with world class human service, to match business owners with the right energy, finance, insurance, and telecoms solutions – giving customers an experience that they can’t get anywhere else, and one that’s so good that they don’t want to.
Think has been revolutionizing the way small businesses in the UK access finance for over 12 years and in 2019 joined Bionic to power our business finance and loan comparison service.
Our mission is to simplify the financial landscape for small business owners, helping them find the best loan options tailored to their needs. We’re currently undergoing a significant digital transformation to enhance our service offering and improve user experience and are looking for our first product manager to lead a newly formed cross-functional Product Squad.

  • Experience hiring and interviewing: We have ambitious objectives to grow the business significantly and would expect our PM to be involved in hiring for a range of technical, design and product roles
