Description:

BlackStone eIT, a pioneering technology company, is in search of a proactive and strategic Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you will take ownership of the product lifecycle, from ideation through development to market launch. You will collaborate with various cross-functional teams including development, marketing, and sales to ensure that our products meet market demands and align with our business goals.
Your role will involve conducting market research, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, and defining the product vision. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead product strategy and make a significant impact on the growth of our organization.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of +8 years of experience in product management or related roles within the technology sector.
  • Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively execute them.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with project management and product management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for technology and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
