We provide end-to-end solutions to help creators and media companies grow their audiences and revenue, while helping brands connect to hard-to-reach digital fans. Our proprietary technologies leverage generative AI, machine learning, digital signal processing and big data to power our platform and ecosystem, and we are the largest multi-vertical video publisher in the world, reaching tens of billions of monthly views and over 600 million monthly uniques.
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our growing R&D team. As one of the key members of our Research and Development department, you will be working on some of the most advanced tools and products for the emerging online video market. Someone with a profound passion for AI and its impact on product would be considered ideal for this position.
As a Product Manager at RHEI, you will play a key role in driving the development and success of our new AI platform for creators. You will be responsible for defining product features, prioritizing the product roadmap, and ensuring that the product meets the business goals and user needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and prioritize product requirements and roadmap, translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, and marketing to deliver products that align with the company’s vision and goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market gaps.
  • Analyze customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings to enhance product offerings.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and upper management.
  • Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch to ensure timely delivery of product features.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and impact on business goals.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launch campaigns.
  • Facilitate and lead agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Advocate for the customer by building strong relationships with users to develop a deep understanding of their challenges and requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Product Manager role.
  • Able to build strong relationships with the development team & business owners.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Able to demo products to internal and external groups.
  • Passionate about helping customers and end users of products.
  • Able to work cross-functionally with other departments such as sales, marketing and legal.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and ability to achieve goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with AI technologies and platforms.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital transformation projects.
  • Technical background, with experience in software development and web technologies.
At RHEI, our team is everything. We offer competitive compensation packages, flexible hours and operate on a horizontal management structure that rewards creativity and values transparency.
From our commitment to giving back (support for everyone to volunteer with a charitable or community initiative), our culture committee (social events, team-building, diversity and inclusion), and our support for personal and career development through our learning & development program, we’re not your typical 9-5 gig.
RHEI is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Our goal is to foster a diverse workforce that is representative, at all job levels, of the individuals we serve and to provide employees with a meaningful and inclusive work environment, free of discrimination and harassment.
RHEI believes that diversity and inclusion among our teammates is critical to our success as a global company. We seek to recruit, develop and retain the most talented people from a diverse candidate pool. Indigenous people, people of color, people of all genders or non-genders, and people with disabilities of all types are encouraged to apply.
We thank everyone for their interest and application, however only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
