Description:
Responsibilities:
- Regularly monitor and analyse financial and non-financial performance of the portfolio.
- Efficient delivery and implementation of product changes and enhancements.
- Work with stakeholders across CBA Group to assess and manage change impacting our portfolio.
- Understand and listen to the voice of the customer, be across and monitor industry trends to better meet our customer needs and improve the overall customer experience.
- Assist the Senior Product Manager in meeting the product compliance requirements.
- Proactively manage risks associated with the safe delivery of the product. This includes identifying and resolving complaints, issues, incidents and embed operational processes and controls that improve the end-to-end control environment.
